What materials is my item made from?
At Bespoke Home Store to ensure that only the best materials are being used in the manufacturing process, from our hand selection of solid timbers, steel profiles and even the oils, stains, powder-coating and finishes we deem suitable for the longevity and aesthetic appeal of the units.
When can I expect my order?
Due to us being a made-to-order company, we do not carry stock, this allows for the customer to specify their needs for certain aspects of the unit, for this reason the turn around time, depending on size and detail varies with a minimum of 14 working days turnaround. Please note certain aspects of the manufacturing process cannot be dictated by the client should it hinder the structural integrity of the item, however we strive to satisfy our clients needs and wants.
